It is View2Offer's policy, in appropriate circumstances and at its discretion, to disable and/or terminate the Accounts of Users who may infringe or repeatedly infringe the copyrights or intellectual property rights of View2Offer and/or others. In addition, View2Offer has no responsibility for content on other websites that you may find or access when using this Site and/ or View2Offer Products. The terms of use of those other websites (and not the View2Offer Universal Terms of Use) govern your use of that material.

Please refer to the Uniform Domain Name Dispute Resolution Policy (the "UDRP") if you have a concern or dispute concerning a domain name. The UDRP covers domain names disputes; this Policy specifically excludes domain name disputes. |

View2Offer in protecting Users' intellectual property rights. |
| 2.1 |
| View2Offer respects the intellectual property of others, and we ask our Users to do the same. We have instituted the following procedures to facilitate cooperation between View2Offer and you in protecting our Users' intellectual property rights: |
| A. |
Voluntary review and removal of Product Listings and/ or Product Leads that appear to be infringing items. |
| B. |
Prompt removal of such Product Listings and/ or Product Leads where an appropriate intellectual property infringement claim is filed by intellectual property rights owners against the User of this Site and/ or View2Offer Products who submitted such Product Listings and/ or Product Leads. |
| C. |
Written notification to Users submitting infringing Product Listings and/ or Product Leads that the items are prohibited on this Site and are thereby removed. |
| D. |
Written notification to Users whose Product Listings and/ or Product Leads are claimed to infringe the intellectual property rights of others, and provision of an opportunity to respond to such charges.

Termination of the User's Account, when appropriate, of this Site who appear to be repeat infringers. |

View2Offer is not an expert in your intellectual property rights, and we cannot verify that the Users of our online marketplace - who literally post tens of thousands of Product Listings and/ or Product Leads on this Site each day - have the right to promote the items they offered/ wanted. We appreciate your assistance in identifying the Product Listings and/ or Product Leads which may not appear on their face to infringe your rights but which you believe are infringing. View2Offer is also not an arbiter or judge of disputes about intellectual property rights. By taking down a Product Listing and/ or Product Lead, as a prudential matter, View2Offer is not endorsing a claim of infringement. Neither, in those instances in which View2Offer declines to take down a Product Listing and/ or Product Lead, is View2Offer determining that the item is not infringing, nor is View2Offer endorsing the sale of items in such cases. |

Notice for claims of copyright & intellectual property violations. |

We ask you to stand behind your claims firmly when asking View2Offer to stop others from posting Product Listings and/ or Product Leads on our marketplace in order to assert your claims of infringement. By submitting a report of alleged infringement to View2Offer and asking to take down a Product Listing and/ or a Product Lead, you agree to indemnify View2Offer against claims or damages arising from the removal of the accused item. |

| Procedures for reporting an alleged infringement to View2Offer: |
| A. |
If you have a good faith belief that a Product Listing and/ or a Product Lead on the Site infringes your copyright, trademark, patent or other intellectual property rights, you may download our Notice of Claimed IPR Infringement (the "Notice") form, complete it, and fax (65) 6224 5760. The completed Notice should specifically identify the vendor and claimed infringing Product Listing and/ or Product Lead (i.e., product description, model number, etc.). Upon receipt of the Notice, we will promptly evaluate your complaint, and in cases where it appropriate, we will expeditiously take down the Product Listing and/ or a Product Lead referred to in the Notice. |
| C. |
We will notify the vendor in writing of the removal of the claimed infringing Product Listing and/ or a Product Lead and provide the vendor with your contact information so that the vendor may contact you directly and with an opportunity to respond. |
| D. |
If the vendor objects to the removal of the alleged infringing Product Listing and/ or a Product Lead, the vendor may submit to us an appropriate counter-notice to dispute the claim. Upon receipt of such counter-notice, we may repost the vendor's Product Listing and/ or a Product Lead unless we receive notice from you that an action has been filed against the vendor in a court of competent jurisdiction for infringement of your intellectual property rights. |
