This is the Privacy Policy governing your use of the View2Offer website currently located at http://www.view2offer.com (the "Site"). By using this Site, you have agreed to accept and consent to our Privacy Policy set out below. All terms not defined in this document have the meanings ascribed to them in the Universal Terms of Use between you as the User of the Site (the "User") and VIEW2OFFER.COM PTE LTD and its related entities, affiliates and subsidiaries (individually and collectively, the "View2Offer") in relation to the use of the Site and/or purchase of View2Offer Products.


1 What this Privacy Policy covers.
1.1 This policy covers how View2Offer manage your personal and/ or business information that View2Offer collects and receives, including information related to your past use of the Site and/ or purchase of View2Offer Products. Your personal and/ or business information is about yourself or your organization like your name, email address, gender, birth date that is not otherwise publicly available.
1.2 This policy does not apply to the practices of companies that View2Offer does not own, control or to people that View2Offer does not employ or manage.

2 Information collection and use.
2.1 View2Offer collects your personal and/or business information when you sign up with the Site, when you use and/ or purchase View2Offer Products, when you visit the Site pages or the pages of certain View2Offer partners, and when you enter promotions or sweepstakes. View2Offer may combine information about you that we have with information we obtain from our business partners and/ or other companies.
2.2 When you sign up, we ask for information such as your name, email address, gender and birth date. For some paid View2Offer Products, we will also ask for your organization name, address, ZIP code, phone, occupation, personal and business information. When you sign up and log into the Site, you are not anonymous to us.
2.3 View2Offer collects information about your transactions with us and with some of our business partners, including information about your use of our paid View2Offer Products that we offer.
2.4 View2Offer automatically receives and records information from your computer and browser, including your IP address, View2Offer cookie information, software and hardware attributes, and the page you request.
2.5 View2Offer uses information for the following general purposes: to customize the advertising and content you see, fulfill your requests for products and services, improve our services, contact you, conduct research, and provide anonymous reporting for internal and external clients.
2.6 By signing up as a Registered User, you consent to the inclusion of your personal and/ or business information in our Global Consumer Database and authorize View2Offer to share such information with other users.
2.5 View2Offer may use third-party advertising companies to serve ads on our behalf. These companies may employ cookies and action tags (also known as single pixel gifs or web beacons) to measure advertising effectiveness. Any information that these third parties collect via cookies and action tags is completely anonymous.

3 Information Sharing and Disclosure.

View2Offer does not rent, sell, or share your personal and/ or business information with other people or non-affiliated companies except to provide products or services you have requested, when we have your permission, or under the following circumstances:
A. We provide the information to trusted partners who work on behalf of or with View2Offer under confidentiality agreements. These companies may use your personal and/ or business information to help View2Offer communicate with you about offers from View2Offer and our marketing partners. However, these companies do not have any independent right to share this information.
B. We respond to subpoenas, court orders, or legal process, or to establish or exercise our legal rights or defend against legal claims.
C. We believe it is necessary to share information in order to investigate, prevent, or take action regarding illegal activities, suspected fraud, situations involving potential threats to the physical safety of any person, violations of View2Offer's Universal Terms of Use, or as otherwise required by law.
D. We transfer information about you if View2Offer is acquired by or merged with another company. In this event, View2Offer will notify you before your information is transferred and becomes subject to a different privacy policy.

View2Offer displays targeted advertisements based on personal and/or business information. Advertisers (including ad serving companies) may assume that people who interact with, view, or click targeted ads meet the targeting criteria—for example, women ages 18-24 from a particular geographic area.
A. View2Offer does not provide any personal and/or business information to the advertiser when you interact with or view a targeted ad. However, by interacting with or viewing an ad you are consenting to the possibility that the advertiser will make the assumption that you meet the targeting criteria used to display the ad.
B. View2Offer advertisers include paid service providers (such as banks, insurance agents, stock brokers, mortgage lenders and etc.) and non-financial companies (such as stores, airlines, software companies and etc.).

4 Branded Relationships.
4.1 View2Offer may establish relationships with other parties to offer you the benefit of other products and services which we do not offer. We offer you access to these other parties either through the use of hyperlinks to their sites from our Site, or through offering "co-branded" sites in which both View2Offer and these other parties share the same uniform resource locator, domain name or pages within a domain name on the Internet. In some cases you may be required to submit information for purposes of registering or applying for products or services provided by such third parties or co-branded partners. The privacy policy of such other parties may differ from ours, and we may not have any control over the information that you submit to such third parties or co-branded sites. We therefore encourage you to read their policies before responding to any of their offers, products or services provided by such other parties.

5 Cookies.
5.1 View2Offer may set and access the Site cookies on your computer.
5.2 View2Offer allows third-party advertising companies and affiliates to show advertisements on some of our pages set and access their cookies on your computer. The use of their cookies is subject to their own privacy policies, not this one. These companies and affiliates do not have access to View2Offer's cookies.
5.3 View2Offer uses web beacons to access the Site cookies inside and outside our network of websites and in connection with View2Offer Products.

6 Minors.
6.1 The Site and its contents are not intended to be targeted to minors under applicable law and we do not intend to sell any of our products or services to minors. However, we have no way of distinguishing the age of individuals who access our Site and so we carry out the same Privacy Policy for individuals of all ages. If a minor has provided us with personal and/ or business information without parental or guardian consent, the parent or guardian should Contact Support & Sales immediately to remove the information.

7 Security Measures.
7.1 We employ commercially reasonable security methods to prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy and ensure correct use of information. Please view our Secure Ordering page for further details.
7.2 As a Registered User, your Account information (if any) can be viewed and edited after your login which is protected by Password. We recommend that you do not divulge your Password to anyone. Our personnel will never ask you for your Password in an unsolicited phone call or in an unsolicited email. If you share a computer with others, you should not choose to save your login information (e.g., Username/ User ID and Password) on the computer. Remember to sign out from your Account and close your browser window when you have finished your session.
7.3 No data transmission over the Internet or any wireless network can be guaranteed to be perfectly secured. As a result, while we try to protect your information, no web site or company, including ourselves, can absolutely ensure or guarantee the security of any information you transmit to us and you do so at your own risk.

8 Changes to this Privacy Policy.
8.1 View2Offer may update this policy from time to time. We will post these updates on this privacy statement, at least 30 days prior to the implementation or notify you directly via email. Minor changes will be immediately effective upon reposting to this Privacy Policy on this Site. You agree that even if you have signed up prior to or after the new policy became effective, you will be governed by the latest updated Privacy Policy.

9 Updating your View2Offer Account.
9.1 You can login to update your View2Offer Account information, including your My Subscription, at any time.
9.2 New categories of marketing communications might be added to the My Subscription page from time to time. Users who visit this page can opt out of receiving future marketing communications from these new categories or they can unsubscribe by following instructions contained in the messages they receive.
9.3 We reserve the right to send you certain communications relating to the View2Offer Products, such as service announcements, administrative messages and the View2Offer Newsletter, that are considered part of your View2Offer Account, without offering you the opportunity to opt out of receiving them.

10 Termination of your View2Offer Account.
10.1 When your View2Offer Account is terminated (either voluntarily or involuntarily) all of your personally identifiable information is placed in "de-activated" status on our relevant View2Offer databases. However, de-activation of your account does not mean your personally identifiable information has been deleted from our database entirely. We will retain and use your personally identifiable information if necessary in order to resolve disputes or enforce our policies and agreements.
