3 What is Security Control?
3.1 Security Control protects the passwords of View2Offer.com users from Trojans and Viruses. Security Control uses special measures to encrypt information sent by users.

4 How will I know if I haven't installed Security Control?
4.1 Internet Explorer users will be automatically reminded to install Security Control. If you do not use Internet Explorer, Security Control cannot be installed properly.

5 What will happen if I don't install Security Control?
5.1 You can still login using Standard Log In. However, it is recommended that you use Internet Explorer and install Security Control. This will ensure that your View2Offer Account is protected during login.

6 How do I install Security Control?
6.1
Step 1 Click "Secure Log In" and you will be prompted to install our Security Control at the top of the page. Click anywhere on the bar to install.
  Note: Please do not close this message or you will be unable to install our Security Control properly.
Step 2 Click "Install ActiveX Control"
  Note: We guarantee this will not harm your computer.
Step 3 Click "Install" on the pop up box.
  Note:It may take a few minutes to install our Security Control. Please be patient and you will soon be able to login securely to your View2Offer Account. You may need to refresh the page.

7 I can't install Security Control after following the instructions, or I can't use it after installation. Why?
7.1 Please check whether you have any software preventing ActiveX installation on your computer. If so, please set your software to allow ActiveX installation.

Please check your Internet Explorer settings, and set them as follows:
I. Open your Internet Explorer browser.
II. Select Tools on the menu bar and then click Internet Options.
III. Select the General (or Regular) tab and click Settings in the Temporary Internet Files section.

IV. Select Every visit to the page under Check for newer versions of stored pages, and then click OK.

V. Select the Security tab and click on Custom Level at the bottom of the dialog box.
