Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using the services described below. By using the services of View2Offer.com and/or its affiliated companies (V-Workz and/or future companies), you acknowledge that you have agreed to become a party to and legally bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not wish to be bound by these terms and conditions, you may not access or otherwise use these services. View2Offer.com reserves all rights to update these Terms and Conditions at any time.

View2Offer.com Virtual Tour Services : General Information

1 If neither agent nor homeowner is present at the time the virtual tour is photographed, and the agent has no prior requests regarding shot selection, the shots taken will be at the discretion of the photographer. View2Offer.com claims no responsibility for the photogapher's selection of shots except in case of extreme neglience.
2 Once a virtual tour is processed, it will be posted to a unique Internet address on the View2Offer.com website. The URL to the virtual tour will be sent to the email address provided to View2Offer.com. These URL's can be freely used to create a link from your own personal website.
3 View2Offer.com will host the virtual tours on View2Offer.com. The extent of the duration is 90 days from the first day the virtual tour is active on View2Offer.com or until the time that the listing property is sold or removed from the listing, or at the request of the client, whichever comes first. The client may request an additional duration commencing after the 90 days original duration. View2Offer.com will charge a fee for this extended period. Please contact View2Offer.com for fee information.
4 View2Offer.com will process each virtual into a panoramic virtual tour image unless View2Offer.com deems it to the agent's or homeowner's best interest to not exhibit a particular image. This may be the result of poor lighting, bad weather, decrepit or unclean room or scene, etc.
5 All images and media are the sole property of View2Offer.com. View2Offer.com reserves all rights to these images, media and content. All images and media will be made available to client until the property is sold and/or listing expires.
6 View2Offer.com and/or its affiliated companies listed herein will not be liable for any monetary loss resulting directly or indirectly from use of the Services we provide and makes no warranty of any kind, express or implied, including, without limitation, any warranties of fitness for a particular purpose.
7 All prices for services including virtual tour packages and options listed on View2Offer.com web site are subjected to change without prior notice.
8 Indemnity: You shall indemnify View2Offer.com and/or it's affliated companies listed herein from and against all claims, costs, demands, expenses and liabilities, including reasonable attorney's fees, resulting from your breach of this Agreement.
9 Severability: If any part of this Agreement is held invaild, illegal or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will be unimpaired.
10 Privacy Policy : Your personal information and your client's personal information will be kept private, View2Offer.com will never sell or share the information of "our customers" or "your customers".

View2Offer.com Virtual Tour Services : Virtual Tour Information

1 The home must be clean and presentable at the scheduled time of the virtual tour.
2 The client must provide the valid address of the home at virtual tour purchase.
3 View2Offer.com photographer will shoot the home as-is. That is, he will not move objects, straighten or dust objects, open or shut windows or doors, etc. The photographer will, however, turn lighting on or off and open or shut blinds if it results in better images.
4 Rescheduling or cancellation of photography date should be done one day before the scheduled appointment date (cut-off time is 5:00pm). Any rescheduling or cancellation of virtual tour time & date is not allowed after the cut-off time. The booked virtual tour is considered taken for any missed appointment or late cancellation.
5 Once the photographer has photographed a home, the virtual tour cannot be cancelled. The client will be charged the full price of the virtual tour. No refunds will be given once the home has been photographed.
6 Package of 5, 10 or 15 are only valid for the first 12 months.
7 For Offline payment (Cheque or Bank Draft) selected by client, client must write all the Unpaid Invoice Number(s) and their View2Offer username / User ID on the reverse side of the cheque or bank draft and send their cheque or bank draft to:

8 Your View2Offer.com Virtual Tour Services will be uploaded within 5 working days after the Cheque has been received and settled.
9 All the Virtual tour will not be uploaded and/or personalised CD will not be delivered if Full Payment is not receive by View2Offer.com.
10 You agree to pay all fees and charges incurred in connection with your accounts at the rates in effect when the charges occur. You agree to pay all amounts due upon our demand in accordance with your subscription. In the event we have collect unpaid amounts you own us, you will liable for all attorneys' and collection fees.
