You are strongly advised to keep copies of any data, images, music or otherwise that you upload onto Website Builder. |

Description of Service |

Website Builder currently provides or allows browsing and/or access to a large number of on-line services and resources (such as discussion forums, bulletin board services, chat areas and other communities and/or communication facilities (referred in these TACS as "Services"), including a host of tools enabling you to become a member of Website Builder ("Member"), to create your own Web site hosted on Website Builder ("Member Site") and to administer such a Member Site as a leader ("Site Leader") through Website Builder (all such security and design features, tools, or any components thereof contained within Website Builder and any Member Site being known as Website Builder). Unless explicitly stated otherwise, any new features that augment or enhance Website Builder, including the release of new Services, software tools or resources, shall be subject to the TACS. View2Offer.com may add, delete or change some or all of the Services provided as part of Website Builder at any time. Unless otherwise stated these TACS apply to you whether you are a casual user of Website Builder, a Member, a Site Leader or other user.

Subscription, Cancellation and Refunds |

View2Offer.com uses a third party, Telemoney, to manage its Website Builder subscription transactions via credit/debit card. Upon subscription by this method you will be authorising an immediate payment chosen by you during the payment steps using the card details you submit. |

Please note that after your site subscription expired it will be suspended. i.e. become inaccessible. View2Offer.com will hold on to your site for 90 days, after which the site and all its contents will be purged. Within this 90 days you can reactivate the suspended site with reactivation and renewal fee. |

If your account is terminated as a result of your breach of these TACS, the remainder of any payment made by you will not be refundable. |

Registration |

By completing the registration process as a View2Offer Account User of Website Builder, you are stating that you agree to be bound by all of these TACS. |

In consideration of your use Website Builder, you agree to: (a) provide true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself as prompted by the View2Offer Account registration form and (b) maintain and promptly update your information to keep it true, accurate, current and complete. If you provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, or View2Offer.com has reasonable grounds to suspect that such information is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, View2Offer.com has the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse any and all current or future use of Website Builder (or any portion thereof). |

upload, post or otherwise transmit any content that you do not have a right to transmit under any law or under contractual or fiduciary relationships (such as inside information, proprietary and confidential information learned or disclosed as part of employment relationships or under non disclosure agreements); |

upload, post or otherwise transmit any content that infringes any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright or other proprietary and intellectual property rights of any party, or rights of publicity or privacy of any party, unless you are the owner of such rights or have the permission of the owner to post or transmit such material, including but not limited to offering pirated computer programs or links to such programs; |

Harm minors in any way; |

Create a Member Site containing nudity, or pornographic material, or sexual material of a lewd, lecherous or obscene nature and intent, or material of a vulgar, profane or obscene nature without suitable warning to browsers of the nature of the site prior to viewing the content; |

Impersonate any person or entity, including, but not limited to, a Website Builder official, Site Leader, Member, forum leader, guide or host, or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity; |
| (g) |
Forge headers or otherwise manipulate identifiers in order to disguise the origin of any content transmitted through Website Builder |
| (h) |
upload, post or otherwise transmit any unsolicited or unauthorised advertising, promotional materials, "junk mail," "spam," "chain letters," "pyramid schemes," or any other form of solicitation, except in those areas of the Website Builder that are designated for such purpose; |
| (i) |
upload, post or otherwise transmit any material that contains software viruses or any other computer code, files or programs designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware or telecommunications equipment; |
| (j) |
disrupt the normal flow of dialogue, cause a screen to "scroll" faster than other users of Website Builder are able to type, or otherwise act in a manner that negatively affects other users' ability to engage in real time exchanges; |
| (k) |
interfere with or disrupt Website Builder or servers or networks connected to the Website Builder, or infringe any requirements, procedures, policies or regulations of networks connected to Website Builder, or interfering with another user's use and enjoyment of Website Builder, including but not limited to (i) transmitting any material that contains viruses, trojan horses, worms, time bombs, or other computer programming routines that are intended to damage, detrimentally interfere with, surreptitiously intercept or expropriate any system, data or personal information, or (ii) attempting to gain unauthorised access to Website Builder, other's accounts on Website Builder, or private mailing lists on Website Builder through password mining or any other means; |
| (l) |
Intentionally or unintentionally violate any applicable local, state, national or international law, including, but not limited to, regulations dictated by the Singapore Law and any regulations having the force of law |
| (m) |
Defame, abuse, harass, stalk, threaten or otherwise violate the legal rights (such as rights of privacy and publicity) of others; |
| (n) |
Collect, store, or distribute personal data about other users without their consent; |
| (o) |
Promote or provide instructional information about illegal activities, promote physical harm or injury against any group or individual, or promote any act of cruelty to animals. This may include, but is not limited to, providing instructions on how to assemble bombs, grenades and other weapons, and creating "crush" sites; |
| (p) |
Violate any law or regulation (including without limitation those governing export control, unfair competition, discrimination or false advertising); or |
| (q) |
Engage in commercial activities that are deemed inappropriate on Website Builder. As such View2Offer.com has the right to remove or bar content/links/sponsorships/affiliate programmes etc that they feel fall into this category. |

Before you purchase any View2Offer.com Do-It-Yourself packages from View2Offer.com, you will be given 2 hours of free trial period. During this period, you will be able to edit and view the live website using our FREE sub domain name (e.g yourname.View2Web.com). |

Upon the expiration of the free trial period, you will have an option to purchase the package online/offline within 2 days and your design and information stored previously will still remain. |
| 18.4 |
If you opt NOT to purchase any packages after the expiration of the free trial period, your information will be stored in our database for a period of 2 days only before they are being deleted. If you wish to purchase the package anytime within the 2 days period with your information intact, your subscriptions will start from the day the free trial website was created. |

After you have purchased View2Offer.com Do-It-Yourself package, you will have an option to publish your website to your own FREE domain name instead of using View2Offer’s sub domain URL. |

Once your subscription has expired, your website services with View2Offer.com, including the email and web hosting services will also be terminated as well. However, you are still allowed to manage your own domain name and email services separately in View2Offer.com Control Panel. |

For We-Build-For-You Pro Package, View2Offer.com’s experts will only assist you to upload up to 50 products or 50 pages during the Submit We-Build Requirements. Any subsequent 10 products or pages upload will be charged at 2 hours web maintenance. |

View2Offer will create a web site tailored toward your reasonable expectations. The service will include an initial interview, presentation of the initial We-Build and We-Build-For-You customers will receive one (1) round of site corrections. View2Offer.com will require all content copy and high quality images for inclusion in your website. Requests for additional design updates or site updates beyond the first update will result in additional hourly design fees based on our number of additional hours worked. All material must be supplied in an electronic file format and transmitted to View2Offer.com electronically via email or file upload. Files that are too large to be transmitted electronically can, by prior arrangement, be delivered on a CD to our facilities via any standard shipping carrier. Content can, by prior arrangement, be faxed or sent to our facilities in hard copy format. Content delivered in hard copy format may incur additional fees for electronic conversion. View2Offer.com is not responsible for delays in web site completion due to delays in the receipt of shipped items. View2Offer.com, in its sole discretion, may require you to re-submit images should they determine that the images are not of high enough quality. View2Offer.com will not begin construction of your web site until all requested materials and assurances of rights have been received from you. No credits or refunds will be given for the cancellation. View2Offer.com will strive toward your satisfaction, but does not guarantee that all of your requests will be satisfied if they are unreasonable or unable to be accomplished within the scope of the Services. Your publication of the website is acknowledgement of your satisfaction with the Services and releases View2Offer.com from any obligation for further revisions or alterations. No credits or refunds shall be given for any reason including dissatisfaction with the design created. |

The Services are dependent upon your active subscription to the Business website. During the We-Build period, you must maintain your subscription. Failure to maintain this subscription will result in termination of the We-Build process. The Services are not transferable to Business Website or other View2Offer.com products & services during the initial purchase. |

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. View2Offer.com shall not be liable for any revisions or changes made by your or any person gaining access to Your account. Any revisions requested to fix such changes shall be made in View2Offer.com sole discretion and then only upon payment of additional fees. |
